Unlikely that I could reopen this with a log file as: I stopped using that theme due to 12.04 and 14.04 breaking it in places, and this bug was filed in 2011 and got no action until 2015. A similar yet unrelated issue has just been resolved for the Firefox GTK3 push, so maybe that will help with future theming problems: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1187203
