I have also observed this. And it was not after suspending and resuming. I hadn't suspended/resumed since the previous boot which was just a few minutes before.
It is NOT systematic. Usually, when I turn off and on wifi in the hardware as a workaround for bug #1491612, it does force a rescan. This time, however, it wouldn't, even after retrying several times. Since I didn't know about the command "iwlist scan", I had to reboot. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1332904 Title: Network manager stopped scanning for wifi networks To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1332904/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
