I'm assuming this was produced using a daily live CD build, correct? If
this is the case, there has been a bug in unionfs that affected ubiquity
for quite a while, but has been fixed in the most recent daily builds.
Can you make sure this bug still exists in today's daily build
(http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/daily-live/) and post /var/log/syslog
if ubiquity continues to crash?
