thanks for the report. We actually did not have a wallpaper
competition/release for the vivid cycle, so this is in fact correct. We
are using the wallpaper package from utopic.
The debootstrap folder should actually have scripts for all releases.
That is how you can make a utopic chroot on a vivid machine for example.
