Public bug reported:

Suggestion for Ubuntu Touch/Ubuntu Phone:

I'd like to be able to lock my Ubuntu Phone using a terminal command in
the terminal app on the phone.

By "lock" I mean simulating a press of the power button on the top of
the phone.

For example, I could use "lock-screen" to simulate one press of the button.
Or I could use "lock-screen 5" to simulate pressing and holding the button for
5 seconds.
