Same error here, different stacktraces. It started with the upgrade of linux-image-generic from 4.1.0.3.3 to 4.2.0.7.7. Hardware is a Lenovo T440s - no hybrid cards, only the integrated Intel. All the external display outputs available on the docking station are not working - X freezes as soon as I connect any external monitor (HDMI or DVI). Using the docking station without any external monitor connected works fine.
