with phone on wifi connection downloads of app and scope updates are not
working - regardless of whether the update all button is used or the
individual download option is selected; prior to realease 4 a large
number of updates were backed up. However release 4 downloaded and
installed fine, so now only a reduced number of uninstalled updates is
in the list.
