Is this relevant information for this bug? Roaming is disabled on the Austrian SIM. I just leave the SIM card in the phone when I'm not in Austria (or Italy), which is most of the time. (In fact, when I'm on Swiss territory I'd like to manually deactivate the second SIM. It rarely makes sense to have both cards active at the same time. I may file an enhancement request on this one day.)
