Lubuntu software center fails to configure after a software dist-upgrade
on wiley.
To reproduce in wily run in a terminal sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-
get dist-upgrade

I expected the updates to install correctly. INstead I got an error on
install. I am not sure if this is a dupilcate of bug 1494248 but I can't
really parse the log written in German.
