Title:
Can't update due to "Can't install 'Ubuntu-Desktop'" Ver 15.04 and the
standard update. Booted to Ubuntu with Tor v1.4x USB plugged in...
there was a quick flash Ubuntu was loading a cash. From the stick ?
System seems to work just updates fail now.
