Public bug reported:
When Apport comments on a Launchpad bug report with the stacktrace, it
seems to set a Subject line of "" for the comment. This is not useful.
It results in Launchpad sending out an e-mail notification with
"Subject: [Bug <number>] ", omitting the usual bug summary.
Probably this bug should be fixed at the same time as bug 534461.
