Public bug reported:
The attached file shows that AbstractButton pressAndHold signal does not
trigger if inside a Loader with Ubuntu Components 1.3
It works fine with Ubuntu Components 1.2 and with MouseArea.
This blocks unity8 moving to 1.3 since breaks the Dash.
