Public bug reported: theres a fairly good askubuntu question with an answer on how to reach the maas api via python [1]. However, there is no way to my knowledge of getting apiclient library in python3 on ubuntu.
It seems anyone writing a client for maas using apiclient would probably want to do so in python3. -- [1] http://askubuntu.com/questions/581444/how-to-query-maas-api-with-curl ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 15.10 Package: python-maas-client 1.8.0+bzr4001-0ubuntu2 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 4.2.0-7.7-generic 4.2.0 Uname: Linux 4.2.0-7-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.18.1-0ubuntu1 Architecture: amd64 CurrentDesktop: Unity Date: Mon Sep 14 13:26:29 2015 EcryptfsInUse: Yes InstallationDate: Installed on 2015-07-23 (53 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 15.10 "Wily Werewolf" - Alpha amd64 (20150722.1) PackageArchitecture: all SourcePackage: maas UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: maas (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug wily -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1495636 Title: no python3 bindings in package for apiclient To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/maas/+bug/1495636/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
