Public bug reported:

Enable Locally Integrated Menus in System Settings -> Appearance ->
Behaviour -> Show the menus for a window -> "In the window's title bar".

Open a terminal window (any window will do)
Press ALT+PrScr to get a screenshot of that window
Examine the resulting screenshot, notice that the titlebar is a messed up mix 
of the window titlebar and the menu.

Looks like the screenshot is taken just at the point that the titlebar
changes back from being a menu (as a result of pressing ALT in
"ALT+PrScr") back to being the titlebar.

I would expect the screenshot to have the titlebar, not the menu, and
not a mash of the two.
