Public bug reported:
Ricardo was trying to tie reporting into maas and found
that it is posting things like:
timestamp=1442509672.620882&result=SUCCESS&origin=cloudinit&description=running+modules+for+final&event_type=finish&name=modules-final
rather than posting json data representing that same stuff, as curtin is doing.
Need to change cloud-init to be in line with what curtin is doing and maas
expects.
