I've gotten themes to work but setting a custom cursor size does not
work, the cursor is the correct size inside of most programs but reverts
whenever I move over top panel, desktop or login screen. Tried to change
cursor size using various methods, as suggested, but no luck. Why is
this bug considered low priority? It's been 8 years, please fix it!
Being able to see the mouse cursor can be difficult for anyone with less
than 20/20 vision, it's also very helpful for people using larger HD
displays. Cursor size needs to remain static, this is a basic
accessibility feature.
