Thanks for reporting. I see the same in fdroidserver 0.4.0-1 on Ubuntu Wily. I did some digging and discovered that this hardcoding is actually intentional, see https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab- maint/fdroidserver.git/tree/debian/patches/hard-code-path-to- openjdk-7.patch. This patch seems to have been added with version 0.2-1, so I don't know whether it is still required or what sort of issues other JDKs caused.
