Public bug reported:
When I enter proxy settings in System Settings -> Network Settings -> Proxy,
this setting neither works for adept_manager, nor for apt-get. I don't even
find another Input-line to change the proxy settings for adept.
The only thing I can set, is declaring a http_proxy environment variable in
/etc/profile (or my ~/.profile).
