** Description changed: - I had Ubuntu 15.04 with Unity on a Sony Vaio laptop. Resuming from - suspend worked just fine. But after a fresh install of the 15.10 beta, - it has trouble resuming. Instead of showing the screen locker, it shows - the previous screen with a mouse pointer over the "suspend" item in the - user cog icon menu. (I suspend it from that menu, not the key - combination.) After a few seconds it shows the lock screen, but the - password field doesn't accept input for several seconds more. Finally - the screen blinks and it starts accepting password input.
