I have a similar problem, described here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub-installer/+bug/1497790
I was installing ubuntu on a SSD hardisk too. If the EFI partition is corrupted, it seems to be caused by something going wrong during the installation of ubuntu. Don't you think that repairing it and reinstalling ubuntu with the same procedure will cause the very same problem? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1498049 Title: Ubuntu installation crashes (dualboot, windows, uefi) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub-installer/+bug/1498049/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
