Public bug reported:
The ItemSelector breaks when mixing user input and controlling it
programmatically.
Steps to reproduce:
* run the attached code snippet
* click the itemselector to expand it
* select any item to make it collapse (doesn't matter which one)
* press one of the buttons to change the selectedIndex to something else than
it is
=> expected:
ItemSelector updates to show the new selected item
=> actual:
ItemSelector animates old selected out but fails to bring the newly selected on
it. If it is expanded now, the selected item is missing the text.
