* Add support for newer kernels. Changes include :
- Support newer kernels up to 3.19
- Remove the task about remap allocator from TODO list.
- Initialize symbols early for old kernels.
- Get MODULES_VADDR by KERNEL_IMAGE_SIZE for x86_64.
