Impact:
The dahdi-linux package needs further compatibility code to compile with the
latest HWE kernel (3.19 from Vivid).
Fix:
Backported relevant patches/code from the Vivid package.
Testcase:
DKMS build for a 3.19 kernel in the Trusty user-space fails without the
changes. After those changes the compile succeeds for 3.13 and 3.19 kernels.
