Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

I sign in to GDM, get to the desktop, and a balloon pops up in the lower
right hand corner of the screen stating that the battery in my laptop
has a very low capacity (18%) and that is may be old or broken.

A few seconds later (before I do anything), I get notified that gnome-
power-manager crashed.
