Public bug reported:

In desktop mode, hovering over a link does not show the link URL
anywhere, like it usually does on a desktop browser.  You can right
click on it and get an elipsed version of the URL though.  But there's
no way to see the whole URL.

It's not common to allow this on a mobile browser.  So maybe it's not a
critical feature or maybe you don't want to diverge in this respect
between desktop and mobile views.  But it would be useful.
