Public bug reported:

0) Run ubuntu-bug in terminal, specifically

1) a bug that causes an error message like #1500497

2) hit control-C in the terminal once the error message comes up

3) notice the window now neither closes, nor is closeable: clicking the
"close" button does nothing now.

What should happen

control-C should either cause ubuntu-bug to close, or handled
appropriately via an appropriate handler in the signal handling table.
