Public bug reported:

Sluice 0.02.02 contains several bug fixes:

* Add upper rate limit, of 1PB per second. (currently it is unbounded, allowing
dubious values to be used.
* Improve size specifier checking on double float parser (currently one can add
multiple char specifiers when just one is allowed).
* Fix two error messages that were printing to stdout and not stderr.
* Fix typo, "infp" -> "into"
* Add more help if user does not specify -r option. Currently, the terse help
is confusing and needs more explanation.
* Increase default IO size buffer maximum. A small maximum buffer size does
limit how fast we can copy data on fast machines.
* Correct -d help info, should be disregard output. not input. (Thinko in help
information).
