Public bug reported:
New version of plasma desktop has serious problems when used with
touchscreen. When I tap anywhere on desktop or panel, my tap is
recognised as tap in some corner regardless on the place, where do I
tap. This makes Kubuntu unusable for anyone with touchscreen. If you
want me to test anything, feel free to ask, I have some experience with
Qt app development.
I am using Toshiba satelite u920t, confirmed on 15.10 beta 2
