could you give the output of "dpkg -l | packagekit"?
there was a buggy/incompatible version in wily-proposed, which didn't
migrate to wily and got deleted, but if you are using wily-proposed you
maybe got it...
(you shouldn't use proposed on devel version, it's not an user archive
it's made for packages to be tested and transition only if there are no
issues)
