I'm also affected. While the description may looks confusing, I agree on "what happens" and "what should happen" sections of the description.
It's annoying, unexpected from a user's perspective, unnecessary and has an "easy fix" that helps to improve the overall user experience. I didn't considered important enough since the beginning, but after 1 year I'm annoyed enough to start digging and trying to find how to solve it by myself. That lead me here.
