Public bug reported:
Keyboard layout changes randomly at any time for no reason. We can change the
settings of the keyboard layout manually by clicking on the settings button on
the right top corner and then we can select the input source and change the
particular layout.
But many times it happens where we are using a particular input source and it
suddenly changes randomly for no reason.
