Public bug reported:
I charged my retail bq e4.5 running OTA-6 to 100%, set airplane mode on,
and unplugged the phone then locked it. The goal was to see how long the
battery would last in this state.
I periodically wake the phone up and look in system settings -> battery.
Each time I look I notice that the graph only ever takes up 50% of the
screen, it doesn't go back any farther.
I would expect it to go back to show the entire graph filled with a
line.
