The backport for 3.13 is too complex. It appears to depends on commit
5b54dac856cb5bd6f33f4159012773e4a33704f7 ('hyperv: Add support for
virtual Receive Side Scaling (vRSS)') which is well beyond the scope of
what can be SRU'd.
