* Update debian/patches/fix_import_future.dpatch to fix all instances
of from future import not being at the start of the file.
(LP: #114798)
* Simplify debian/rules so unpatch actually works.
* Remove dh_python from debian/rules (not needed)
* Change maintainer to MOTU
* Add build-dep on dpatch
