These "*i18n_Translation-en" errors are met quite every day. But they
are mainly disturbing: redo an upload , and you usually does not met it.

As i get so often that issue myself, i quite understand how it is produced:
- if the server (from where you download) get itself some new updated 
package(s) AND at the SAME TIME the user upload its archive, then xapian is 
disturbed and confused, as its index is rebuilt on the server (aka changing) 
and then mismatch (so the error)
- to get a better working index, i think the index should be saved when it is 
stable (not updated/changed on the server) and then used  to avoid the mismatch 
on the user side. (instead of the unique realtime server index that often 
change)
