Steps to reproduce:
1. Open background from system settings
2. Tap on the 'Custom' expander
3. Add an image from Gallery or Camera
4. Press back in Preview view with the newly imported image once "transfer in
process" is disappeared
5. Check the images in Custom part
Expected results:
The newly add should be shown immediately in Custom list
Actual results:
Newly added image will not shown immediately in custom image list, it will
shown after re-open background
