Public bug reported:

To reproduce the problem, do the following:

* Create an appointment using Evolution that starts on a date during
daylight saving time, e.g. lunch break 12-13, with daily repetition
forever.

* Save it and sync with Office 365

* Watch out for time changes when daylight saving time ends.

In Evolution Calendar, the lunch break is still 12-13 during the winter
(no daylight saving time)

Looking at the same calendar using Office 365 (online), the times change
to 11-12 as daylight saving time ends.

It's hard to tell which software is doing it right. But it's certainly a
source of confusion.
