Public bug reported:
When playing a video using mediaplayer-app, either from the video scope
or the gallery, the correct video orientation for the second video
played is not applied.
1. Play first video from video scope in mediaplayer-app
2. Swipe back to the video scope without quitting mediaplayer-app
3. Play second video from video scope in mediaplayer-app with a different
orientation than the first video
4. Notice that the second video's orientation is incorrect and the same as the
first video's
