Public bug reported:
I just replaced a 14.04 (where mplayer worked well) with a 15.10 beta
and found a strange, but rather annoying than severe bug:
When watching a video and using the cursor up key to skip forward, the video
window becomes brighter and brighter and gets completely white. After one or
two seconds, I guess with the next full picture in the stream, it becomes
normal again. Annoying when trying to find a scene by skipping forward.
