Something broke in the past and affected the current installation.
Please try these commands in order to remove the bbswitch module and
continue the installation through apt:
sudo dkms remove -m dkms -v 0.7 --all
sudo apt-get install -f
Now you should see bbswitch when running this command:
dkms status
If not, reinstall bbswitch:
sudo apt-get install --reinstall bbswitch-dkms
