Public bug reported:
I changed the CPU on my system, from an AMD A10-6800K to an AMD
A10-7800, and the video performance got noticeably slower.
When I use the Sublime text editor, now there are frequent and
significant slowdowns in the scrolling of open files.
If I change from the open source driver to the closed source one
(fglrx), the slowdowns disappear, and the performance is the same as
before I changed the CPU.
