STEPS:
1. Install the latest RC-Proposed image (245 in my case). sudo ubuntu-emulator
create --channel ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/ubuntu rc-proposed
2. ubuntu-emulator run rc-proposed
3. Complete the wizard
4. Login
EXPECTED:
I expect to see what is seen in a normal phone only in desktop mode
ACTUAL:
All the image only show the bottom half
