Strange that there is no icon for the education section, Vincent. Which theme do you use? Would you like to install an a education app and check if there's an icon in the GNOME application menu?
The "other" icon should be fixed with the next upload. We missed the freeze of KNOT 3. So wait some days ... And by the way the red crossed icon is not ugly.
