While Xmir is in development, new Xmir switches are being added and
removed. u-a-l hard codes the call to Xmir, so testing the new Xmir
switches requires a recompile of u-a-l every time. Adding the ability
to set the Xmir switches u-a-l will use externally would be most
helpful.
