This is supposed to have been fixed in the upload of nfs-utils
1:1.2.8-9ubuntu10, which is the exact version you're installing; invoke-
rc.d is not supposed to fail in this case.
Martin, can you take a look at this and see if we need to be adding a
versioned dependency on sysv-rc for such cases?
