STEPS:
REQUIREMENTS: dell xps 13 or 4 k resolution monitor
1. Install unity7 desktop
2. Open settings app
3. Open Screen Display
4. Set scaling to 2
5. reboot
6. reopen Screen disply
7. Set scaling back to 1
8. Move the window around. It echo the app frame around the screen
** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
