In addition to the default user, I created a guest user account. The
problem with that account is that the logout button doesn't work.
In more detail: clicking the menu entry "quit" (or an equivalent button
in some gnome panel) does *nothing*. No menu appears where I can select
log-out, suspend, switch-user or other options.
So I'm left with ctrl-alt-bs to get back to the login screen (or to
switch to other users).
