Public bug reported:
after upgrading from 15.04 to 15.10, vpnc which worked fine in 15.04 no
longer works in my situation. vpnc appears to connect, however there is
no connectivity to the target network. no clear outward signs -- no
complaints from vpnc, messages in dmesg, etc.
my vpnc/default.conf is as follows:
