In the question area, it was suggested that I submit a bug.
flexc++ 2.01 and bisonc++ 4.09 are present in Vivid for amd64, but as
far as I can tell, not in Vivid Ubuntu Core for armhf nor arm64. Is
there are timeline for inclusion?
