Currently there is no possibility to easliy check changelog/comments/details
from Ubuntu Store.
(Please take a look at attached screenshot).
To have common User Experience with Application Scope, I would like to propose:
1. After long press on application from system-update, the store page will be
displayed with corresponding application.
